Birthday Photo Props & Centrepiece w/ Cherry on Top DSP & Washi Tape: Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! This week the Artisans are sharing creations using a selection of products from the birthday collection in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.

I had SO much fun creating my projects this week and I'm dying to share them with you! I love to throw a good party, and no party is complete without some stunning decor and good photo props. I envisioned a fab 1st birthday party for my newest nephew, but since he lives in BC and I'm in Alberta, I had to settle for this guy as my model…
This is my furry best friend, Chapman. He's not even the size of a one year old human, but I think he's workin' that hat pretty well. Since he doesn't have any thumbs he could't hold the rest of my props, but I'll forgive him because he's so darn cute.

You'll want to do your photo shoot before all the guests arrive to the big birthday bash, but why hide away those cute props once the photos are done? Place them in a mason jar and use it as an adorable centrepiece!
I added washi tape stripes to my jar and a fun focal image with some stamping too.
Oh, and here's a close up of that birthday hat so you can make your own:
The must have supplies to create these fun birthday party projects are the Cherry on Top designer series paper, Cherry on Top washi tape, DEFINITELY the Fringe Scissors (there's so much fun fringe on these projects and it would be a shame to omit it), and the Cotton Paper Assortment. You'll find the links to these products and everything else I've used at the bottom of this post.

Now before you run off to make your purchases, make sure you go visit my friend Barbara to see what she's created!

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today!
Happy Stampin'
