Hello, and welcome to the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! Today I have two very simple cards to show you that are full of one of my favourite things…white space.
When you create do you use a lot of white space? Or do you like to fill up every square inch of the card front with colour? I think I do both, just depends on my mood. :)
When you're leaving a lot of white space on a card (or any project for that matter), the little details are really given a chance to shine. On both of these cards I have little snippets of the Tea Lace Paper Doilies that might go unnoticed on another more 'busy' project, but here they're darling, and get noticed.
Aren't those leaves a beautiful pop of colour? They really make these cards showstoppers. My wow on these cards is that I used glimmer paper and coloured it with my ink pads to make it extra fab. Here's a quick video to see how I did that:
