Convention 2014 Display Board Project 3: Kinda Eclectic Sponged Background Card
Are you loving the Kinda Eclectic stamp set? Hope so, 'cause this isn't the last you'll see of it from me. ;) I've got PLENTY of fab projects to show you that I made for the Stampin' Up! Convention 2014 Display Boards, so you might as well just buy this set now because I'm going to have tons of ideas coming your way!
This card may look complicated, but it's actually super simple. I used the Circle Framelits to create a mask so I could sponge the blue and green background in a perfect circle - easy. Then it was just a matter of stamping my leaves and the sun rays with the mask still in place - also easy. I removed the mask, stamped the sentiment, and added some punched out butterflies and some itty bitty flowers I coloured with my Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities - super easy. Poke some holes around the edge and done!
Oh, and don't forget to add a little bling to the centre of your flowers!
