Water Coloured Background & Ecutter Hello

Now on to today's card.  This one is SO simple, but it really is a showstopper - the best combination.

Tips to create this beautiful background:

• stamp the Dictionary stamp with VersaMark ink onto Watercolour Paper
• cover with White Embossing Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool
• Using an Aqua Painter and the ink colours of your choice, colour over the embossed background  

Where does that fancy dancy 'hello' come from?  I used my ecutter and the MDS download Moments Ago.
