UNDEFINED: What's Up Gnomie?

We have been having some BEAUTIFUL weather here in Calgary, and let me tell you after the winter we had we totally deserve it.  With all these sunny days I've been able to spend some time in my garden cleaning up and planting a few new things.  My time spent out there is so relaxing, and my mind wanders…to carving stamps.  Yeah, yeah, I know I'm an addict.  :)

So last night I sat down to carve this gnome stamp using the Undefined Stamp Carving Kit from Stampin' Up!  I tried sketching a gnome and it just wasn't looking right, so I found a picture on the internet and traced it.
If you look closely you'll also catch a glimpse of two new in colours that will be released with the 2014-2015 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.
Stamps: Alphabet, Gnome (hand carved with Undefined Kit)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Stampin' Write Markers: Basic Grey, Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon, Blush Blossom, Real Red
Paper: Whisper White, Real Red, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow
Big Shot: Word Bubbles Framelits
All supplies available in My Canadian Online Stampin' Up! Store

Never tried stamp carving?  Check out the creative talents of my friend Melody Hyde.  She's shared some great tips, so make sure you listen closely.

Addicted to stamp carving like me?  Check out the brand new refill pack of rubber that was announced this week!
This new 3 pack of rubber is SO cost effective!  I can see many more carved stamps in my future, and yours too!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Have a great Thursday!
Happy Stampin'
Allison

  1. I'm kinda surprised you didn't color this guy in with your Blendabilities...
And, I still think he's really cute, whether or not you agree with me.
