Lacy & Lovely Card

Are you shocked to see a project that doesn't use supplies from the new catalogue?  I don't know what to tell you, that Lacy and Lovely stamp set has really captured my heart.  :)

I taught a 'basics' card class on Friday night to some really nice teen girls and this is one of the cards they made.  They got a taste of the Big Shot, learned the beginner technique of double stamping (when you stamp the image twice without re-inking to get a lighter image in the same hue), but I have to tell you that the thing that sent them to their phones to start Instagraming was the Anywhere Glue Sticks!  I must say I was a little surprised, but in a good way.  These glue sticks are fabulous and wonderful, and SQUARE!  Yup, that makes them ultra amazing.
