Scentsational Season - Hot Chocolate Pouches

Craft Fair season is steadily approaching, so this weekend I spent some time planning.  I've decided I'll be making LOTS of these for the Craft Fairs I'll be attending.  I only had Coffee Crisp hot chocolate at home, but I'll be using the good traditional stuff, maybe with a mini candy cane garnish!  That would be cute!
