Easy Watercolour Techniques for Cardmaking Video Tutorial | Stampin' Up! Beautiful Autumn Bundle

Hello friends! I know I say this all the time, but I'm so excited to share today's card with you! I get so eager to share every time I have a new project, video tutorial, or class announcement - creating is truly my passion.

Today's card has two watercolour techniques - and one is glittery! I've also used the stunning Beautiful Autumn Bundle of stamps and punches for a gorgeous autumn vibe. Shall we get into the video to see how the watercolour is done and the card comes together? Let's do it...

Wasn't that EASY? Watercolouring on your cards doesn't have to be difficult. While you're still learning, take it on in smaller pieces. I find a watercolour wash over an entire background much more difficult that a small strip of paper.

NicePeopleStamp Virtual Craft Retreat

My most popular event of all is finally here! I'm absolutely thrilled to announce my VIRTUAL Craft Retreat! Usually I'm setting off into the mountains to spend the weekend in a hotel, but now this entire event has been brought ONLINE! I'm so so so excited that stampers from all over Canada can now join in this incredible weekend

Let me assure you, no detail has been spared with this event. I've taken all aspects of my in person retreat PLUS added some new things too.

We'll kick things off on Friday Oct 23 at 6pm MT with an action packed evening of Bingo - 10 rounds of 'regular' bingo + 1 grand prize game with a prize of over $100 in Stampin' Up! product!

Then at 11am MT on Saturday Oct 24th we'll meet again for our first make n take session. This session will extend into a Stamp & Chat where we can all be online together while we craft our little hearts out! We'll break for lunch around 1pm MT.

For those who purchase the Tree Angle Card Class Add-On, we'll be creating these additional 10 Christmas card projects from 3-4pm.

After a dinner break, we'll meet again at 6pm MT for our second make n take session where we'll put together our 10 STUNNING make n take Christmas cards and mini home decor piece. This session will extend into our second Stamp & Chat where we can craft the evening away together!

All of the above events will be held online on Zoom. It's the 'go to' platform for meetings and virtual gatherings and very user friendly.

There will also be a facebook group where I'll post stamping challenges that you can participate in to win prizes! The facebook group is optional.

Your retreat package will include over $90 in Stampin' Up! products that you'll use to complete your make n takes. The only items you'll need to supply are: clear blocks for your stamps, adhesives, a die cutting machine, black ink pad & stampin' blends (pool party, real red, old olive, smoky slate). If you're participating in the Tree Angle Optional Add-On Class you'll also need old olive & real red ink pads.

Registration is now open!
